Quick Buckwheat Salad

So... As I previously said, I have living off of super green smoothies!!!!

For extra punch and filling through the day, I rustled up this really simple but tasty side salad.



You could so easily add anything to this salad to bulk it up- but I was wanting something quite simple to eat after I knocked back my smoothie.

This salad just has buckwheat, cherrie toms, sea salt, oil, lemon juice and sea weed.

That's actually it.
