It's my grandma's birthday, YAY!
For her pressie I've created vegan chocolate with dried cranberries and coconut. MMMMM
(one of her pressies anyway!)
This is very pretty, very quick, very yum, vegan and good for you too!!
I have actually fallen in love with myself because this is sooooo good!
What you need:
100 gms cacao butter (or you could use coconut oil)
100 gms raw cacao powder
maple sypup (start with a drizzle and continue pouring to taste)
scattering of dried cranberries
scattering of shaved coconut
pinch of salt
What you do:
Grab a small sauce pan and pour a small amount of water in.
Cover with a mixing bowl and bring to the boil. Reduce heat to a simmer, then add the cocao butter (or coconut oil), gently melt.
When complete, remove from heat and add the cacao powder. Stir in thoroughly, then add a pinch of salt and your desired amount of maple syrup. Stir well.
In a lined tray, scatter the cranberries and coconut, then pour the chocolate mix on top.
Set aside to set- DONE!!
Very quick and easy!
