here's a YUMMY breakfast that is very high in antioxidants, omegas, vitamin Cs and GOOD fatty acids..
So fresh, quick and yummy- great for warmer months and awesome after yoga or as dessert....

COCONUT SOAKED CHIA SEEDS WITH STAWBS, BLUEBERRIES & TOASTED COCONUT
What you need:
2tblsp chia seeds
coconut water to cover seeds
sprinkling of toasted coconut
What you do:
In a bowl put your chia seeds and coconut water- let sit for at least 10 mins (soak before you go to yoga, or the night before)
When the seeds have swollen, top with the sliced fruit and coconut sprinklings.
this will make you sooooo happy
