Its freaky fresh- and minty!
This is also a mega bone building calcium rich, iron and protien rich smoothie that's also great for your guts!! YAAAY
I need to go shopping, so I just went with what I had, which was:
2 small apples
handful spinage
1 big cup of cooled peppermint tea
1/2 cup of fresh mint
1/2 large frozen banana
Wash and chop everything, then blitz!!!
